Seasoned Puppeteers and makers, Eliot Gibbins and Josh Elwell present a unique insight into the world of ‘on screen’ live action puppetry. They will be talking about their experience working on a wide range of TV productions including; ‘His Dark Materials’, ‘Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared’ and ‘Dark Crystal - Age of Resistance’.
The main focus, however, will be on their recent work on the Doctor Who 60th anniversary and Christmas specials. With a TARDIS full of behind the scenes material to share, Eliot and Josh will describe their process from script to screen and talk about their hybrid approach of collaborating with design, fabrication and VFX teams.
