The documentary explores what's happening, what it means, and how it has become a beloved part of neighborhood folklore.

Director Biography - Carter Rostron

Carter Rostron has been making short films since third grade, including documentaries, comedies, and stop-motion animation. He is 17 years old and he is a Senior at Pembroke Hill School.
