A weird and wonderful experimental collage film on dreams of flight and troubles at sea. There are alien invasions in the harbour of Halifax, Nova Scotia,, but the aliens are us. Steamboat Willie and Bertrand Russell are along for the ride, a journey of hope and fear, a cold fish, and the relentless turning of the doomsday clock.
