Director, Damon Gameau



Damon is an award-winning writer, director, author and activist. In 2015, he released his debut feature documentary 'That Sugar Film' , which broke Australian box office records, was released in 25 territories and picked up a host of awards around the world. He also authored a companion book, 'That Sugar Book', which was a best seller in Australia, is published in 20 countries and translated into 8 languages. Damon’s latest feature documentary ‘2040’ recently become one of Australia’s highest grossing documentaries of all time and is currently being released internationally. His accompanying book ‘2040: A Handbook for the Regeneration’ is published by Pan Macmillan. An in-demand thought leader and keynote speaker, Damon has received numerous accolades for his work, including a nomination for NSW Australian of the Year in 2020.


Darrell Wade



During the course of his career, Darrell has been recognized as a leader in entrepreneurship and as a passionate advocate for sustainable tourism. Leading Intrepid’s climate management program, the company realized its goal of becoming carbon neutral in 2010. Darrell was also one of the first Australians to complete Climate Project training with the Hon. Mr. Al Gore. Darrell’s achievements include winning the NAB SmartCompany Award, and being named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002. Darrell is a board member of Melbourne-based social enterprise Good Cycles, a mentor for the University of Melbourne’s entrepreneurship program, and member of the Executive Committee of the World Travel and Tourism Council. He is also Chair of the Dawn Wade Foundation, a Victoria-based discretionary investment trust in Australia. A dynamic leader and natural communicator, Darrell’s enthusiasm for and dedication to sustainable adventure travel continues to grow after decades in the industry.


Denaye Hinds




As the owner of JustaTAAD, LLC, Denaye Curates Conversations through the lens of sustainability and service for the tourism industry and delivers resilient and sustainable solutions for hotels and events. With an extensive background in sustainable auditing and training, international standards and systems, tourism development, CSR and climate solutions planning for destinations and tourism enterprises, her goal is to ensure a resilient tourism industry through knowledge sharing and solutions management. Denaye serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Responsible Travel (CREST) and the Nature Conservancy.


Host, Ashley Renne



Ashley Renne is an on-camera host, environmental advocate, and plant-based health expert. Her green living brand Hey Ashley Renne is a source of sustainable lifestyle & travel inspiration that teaches eco-conscious ways to attain a healthier body, home and planet.
