This film series explores Jewish identity through stories of loss, resilience, and questioning — from the lives of Ugandan Jews to Israeli families coping with grief, faith, and trauma. The films confront themes of life and death, gender roles, and the enduring question: Why be Jewish? One of the films features a performance by an Ophir Award winner for Best Lead Actor, adding further depth to this powerful collection.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, Tethys Sea and Elisha, which are originally part of the in-person program, will not be available for virtual screening. Thank you so much for your understanding.
