The documentary narrates the story of the settled development and the cult and other monuments of the river of the Xeros Valley, in the province of Larnaca, from antiquity until today, through innovative methods of the Landscape Archaeology. The Unlocking the Sacred Landscapes of Cyprus and Settled and Sacred Landscapes of Cyprus programs, combine the field archaeology with Digital Humanities, Ethnography, Psychology, Cultural Heritage Management/Public Archaeology, projecting the memory and historical identity of the communities of the Xeros Valley throughout the ages.
