In just ten minutes, we discover aspects of our city’s architecture, with the help of the Director of Limassol’s Historical Database Mr. Mimis Sofokleous, sociologist Mr. Giannis Laouris, and the owner of an old mansion Ms. Mariella Archontides Charakis. From the Middle Ages to modern times, the city’s buildings have evolved, creating a unique architectural mosaic. In addition, we analyze the impact of multiculturalism and foreign immigration on the city’s cultural heritage. Also, we observe the stratification of the buildings and we assess today’s vertical development of the city.
