CAMILLE (1921)

Directed by Ray C. Smallwood from a screenplay by June Mathis, the film features strikingly imaginative Art Deco sets designed by Natacha Rambova, who also designed the film's costumes, and who would go on to marry Valentino in 1923. DIR Ray C. Smallwood; SCR June Mathis, from "The Lady of the Camellias" by Alexandre Dumas fils; PROD Alla Nazimova. U.S., 1921, b&w, 70 min. Silent with English subtitles. NOT RATED
