This film tells the unusual, fantastic and entertaining story of Yukon’s own ‘Radio Rob’ (Rob Hopkins) a self-made and self-taught broadcasting engineer who built his own telephone system and pioneered the spread of community radio in the North. The film follows Rob as he repurposes ancient communication technology, on top of mountains &amp; underneath buildings, working to expand the local radio station and set up an analog television channel in Whitehorse, Yukon.
