Chris Tanner is a professional artist known for his assemblages, which make heavy use of found objects. Tanner gave Masa Gibson unrestricted access to all of his smartphone videos, which Gibson assembled into a found footage documentary collage.

Éist Liom (Listen to me) is the story of Carmen. It has been performed many times before. It happens everywhere. On stages all over the world. In this story, Carmen betrays her partner, Don José. He loves her but she doesn’t feel the same. After running away, Don José tracks Carmen down to where she is hiding out. He tries to convince her to change her mind. She won’t. So, he kills her. Nobody wins. The audience typically stands up. Éist Liom is an experimental short film that fuses this iconic operatic story with new music, the Irish language and surreal imagery. Set on a box set, on a stage, in a theatre in Dublin, the film borrows from the theatrical tropes of the original source material. Creating a paradigm where the cyclical nature of theatre and live performance speaks to the toxic and violent loop that Carmen and Don José have been trapped in for hundreds of years now. With Éist Liom, One Two One Two and Shaun Dunne have collaborated once more, bringing their Irish language triptych of films to a close following the award winning premieres of DÚIRT TÚ (you said) and Tar Anseo (come here).

Whimsical, fantastical, cheeky, and chilling —&nbsp;a love letter to the most maligned member of the forest: Poison Ivy. To man she is a nuisance, a danger, and a threat we seek to eradicate, but to those who call her leaves home she is a friend, a sister, and a protector; often the first to rush in and cover land ripped open. And each year, as we warm the planet, she grows stronger and her territory expands. Leaves of Three&nbsp;is a science fiction fairytale exploring the parallels between land protection and bodily autonomy, the female relationship to poison, and what it means to engage deeply with a planet that, on occasion, wants us dead.

As the night drags on and it's time for bed, the Man(played by newcomer Zachary Smith) longs for darkness. However, every time he attempts to turn off the basement light, it stubbornly flickers back on, no matter how many times he flips the switch. With each cautious step down the stairs, he grapples with unsettling thoughts and the growing possibility that every step down may be his last.&nbsp; Is the persistent glow an omen, echoing the deepest fears lurking in his mind? Will this relentless light yield, or is something far more sinister lurking in the light? Despite his efforts to extinguish the troublesome light, the Man is trapped between a malevolent beam and the soothing darkness he craves.

In the stillness of the night,where shadows weave their tales,many moons drift in the vacancy,whispering secrets of the frail. This work is an exploration of life’s transience and the suspension of time. After experiencing heart failure brought by Covid-19 - Lynn found herself sick and in-between life and death. Now coming out on the other side - this work is a meditation on what it means to exist in the spaces between life’s fleeing moments. Ghostly silhouettes emerge and dissolve at the threshold between the world of the living and a shadowy realm. Muted colors with vibrant bursts suggest the fleeting nature of human experience. A celestial expanse reveals a distant watchful eye of the moons - a self-observing from afar - detached yet intimately aware of the cycle of existence. There is uncertainty and the weight of unfulfilled potential, a tension between existence and absence.

I've always been intrigued by my mother's hands as a child. As she has aged, I've been fascinated even more by them. I feel they're a combination of being refined but yet of the working class. I'm both happy and proud to say that she's the one featured in my first ever short film. It's an experimental project involving a simple idea. I wanted her to showcase what is most vital to her in her life now with only the hands. There's the spirituality coexisting with the harsh reality that comes with old age. Mother's Milk

“Sights on scene” is a story about seeing the unseen through the lens of a skateboarder. In this narrative we explore the everlasting search for spots to skate, a journey that ultimately shapes the way you perceive the world. Skaters possess a unique perspective on the world. Our constant quest for new skateable locations encourage us to explore and pay attention to our surroundings. What others might overlook, we embrace - plazas, parks and schoolyards transform into sanctuaries, offering a plethora of desirable objects such as benches, ledges, stairs, and rails. These seemingly inconspicuous elements are the very building blocks that fuel our lifestyle, art and creativity. In this piece, I aimed to convey the profound connection between urban architecture and skateboarding, a bond skateboarders affectionately refer to as "spots." In this visual narrative, the spots act as our main characters with urban environments serving as the backdrop. Throughout our journey, we encounter external obstacles like cracks, skate stoppers and uneven surfaces. As we navigate these hurdles, our spots not only persist but also undergo a transformative evolution. This process of innovation and growth leads to the birth of new skateboarding opportunities.

Sights on Scene

The title of this song (Icelandic: "Hvar hafa dagar lífs þíns lit sínum glatað?") is the opening line of the Icelandic poem "Söknuður" by Jóhann Jónsson. The music video follows an artist who has been sleeping through life as he wakes up and confronts loss.
