SYNOPSIS

Polish lands hide secrets like Stonehenge. Specialists named the civilization that emerged on Polish lands about 6,000 years ago from the shape of the preserved vessels - the Funnel Beaker Culture. Its greatest secret is the oldest preserved monuments in Poland - megaliths.

Megaliths are monumental buildings made of earth and stone with a length of up to 150 meters. However, unlike the stone circles from southern England, which attract tourists from all over the world, only a small group of scientists know about them in Poland. It is difficult to ignite the imagination of people with a handful of shells, even if they were glued together with the utmost care. It's hard to tell a story with only photos and drawings.

Polish megaliths deserved to recreate their history and bring it closer to the viewer using film techniques capable of conveying the true magic of ancient times and places where the efforts of the people who created them have survived to this day.

The history that took place in our lands over five thousand years ago had to be told for many reasons. It is part of the European heritage that we should promote not only in Poland, but also in the world. It is part of our ancient culture that should be brought closer to Polish society, it is practically unknown to them. After all, the oldest surviving image of a wagon from Bronocice near Krakow, and the knowledge associated with it, is astounding.

In addition, just now, when interest in this period is growing, it was necessary to document, illustrate and archive the knowledge available on this subject for posterity. All this is part of the extraordinary cognitive value of the film. Thanks to the film, we go back more than 5 millennia. Thanks to the locations, scenography, reconstructors, 3D animation, precisely planned frames, we see a world that has long ceased to exist.
