As the Liberal Party's fraudulent election intensified in 1960, Daeho Park, the leader of the Student National Guard Corps, secretly plans protests with his fellow student executives. However, detective Kim, who kept a close eye on him, caught onto his plans, making things problematic. Dae-ho and the executives, who were detained in the principal's office, run out into the street and start protesting all while facing armed police officers.
