TASTE: Atlanta is a limited series developed by Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau and hosted by Atlanta-based, French-trained chef Taria Camerino. Chef Taria is one of the most vocal ambassadors of natural ingredients versus corporate grown cuisine. She walks you through Atlanta's diverse dining scene and neighborhoods, then ends up with the story and creation of a coffee table book filled with contemporary southern recipes with historic provenance, all wrapped in brilliantly artistic photography.

Enjoy Atlanta’s culinary story in the following four episodes:

TASTE: Atlanta Fire: Atlanta was forged in fire and that's reflected in its impressive culinary scene. Our host, chef Taria follows this story of courage and innovation and meets up with chef Ron Hsu, along with newcomer chef Mia Orino, who were both driven by their passion and culture to forge their own way and create bold new menus and flavors.

TASTE: Atlanta Colors: The beauty of this evolution of dining is that chefs create like artists paint. And in Atlanta, fresh, local ingredients are at the heart of this culinary artistry. Follow chefs Taria Camerino, Maricela Vega and Steven Satterfield through the urban farms and farmers markets that connect them to the land feeding the people.

TASTE: Atlanta Flavors: It's the Southern flavors that Atlanta is known for and the infusion of innovative flavors that surprise you -- that's what make Atlanta a culinary powerhouse. Throw out your assumptions; it's all made with soul. Chef Taria experiences the world through taste, introduces us to chef Carla Fears and chef Deborah Vantrece, who continue to push the boundaries of what's expected in traditional Southern cuisine.

TASTE: Atlanta The Book: As Chef Taria seeks to understand the foundation of the culinary landscape of Atlanta, she learns how much of it is a reflection of Atlanta's role in the Civil Rights Movement. She meets with Dr. Karcheik Sims-Alvarado, visits Busy Bee's Cafe, and learns the untold story of Evelyn Frazier and Frazier's Cafe Society. It all comes together in a story of Fearless Innovation, how Atlanta's dining rooms became the command centers of the revolution and where they are now."
