BETTER CITIES FILM FESTIVAL + PROUD PLACES MONTHLY FILM SERIES: FEBRUARY

We've curated a special short film block in honor of Black History Month.

Our series leads off with the acclaimed Segregated By Design. Grand Price Winner of the 2020 Better Cities Film Festival, it's an epic, animated tour de force based on Richard Rothsteins’ The Color of Law.

Also included are four other short film gems: 11th Street Bridge, Chocolate Spokes, Bike Arlington Nonie, and Urban Lament.

Watch all five shorts for a single ticket! Screening now, and through the entire month of February.

Gregory Crichlow left his architecture job in 2011 to start a bicycle shop in Five Points, a traditionally African-American and Latino neighborhood in Denver. Servicing residents’ bikes keeps the doors open, but hand-building steel frames is what inspires him.
