Iranian director Majid Majidi, whose Children of Heaven (1997) was the first Iranian film to be nominated for an Academy Award, returns with Iran's submission for this year's Best International Feature Film Oscar. A 12-year-old boy and three friends work to support their families by committing petty crimes to make fast money. When the boy is entrusted by the local crime boss to find a treasure hidden underneath the Sun School, a charitable institution that tries to educate street kids and child laborers, he and his friends must enroll at the school to gain access.
