David Hourrègue began his movie career as a 1st assistant director at 74 Films. He is the director of the series Skam France which started running in 2018 with 6 seasons and around ten weekly episodes, a show that garnered over 70 millions views by June 2019. He then went on to direct the acclaimed mini-series Germinal for French television.
