A former captain, suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, lives with his daughter in a humble house located by the sea. Together, they live an isolated life and have to confront the challenges of a harsh life.Despite the captain's deep desire to be a devoted and caring father, he finds himself unable to fulfill his role and connect with his daughter in the way that he longs to.One morning, their lives change forever when an unforeseen event occurs. Whether this event proves to be a newfound source of hope or an additional burden remains to be seen. Haunted by a traumatic past, and uncertain future, she clings to a dream of one day opening a boutique for expecting mothers and newborn babies. Her faith is unwavering as she prays to God, hoping for a chance at a new life and the fulfillment of her dreams. He has received both Oscar®-qualifying and regional Emmy® awards, and screened at festivals, galleries, and museums including The National Gallery of Art, Museum of the Moving Image, Raindance, Camden, and Oldenburg, among others. Kreitzer holds an MFA in Cinema and Comparative Literature from the University of Iowa, and a BA in Visual &amp; Media Arts from Emerson College. He has received support from the LEF Foundation, Kodak, AARP, National Arts Strategies, Massachusetts Cultural Council, and the Vermont Arts Council.

Other credits include the award-winning short documentary MnM (CPH:DOX 2023) and How to Fall in Love in a Pandemic (Tribeca 2021), which she co-produced. Her first short film, Alpha Mare, was a 2021 Vimeo Staff Pick.
