As a teenager Jérôme “Junior” Simeon was recruited by top Haitian roots music group “Racine Mapou de Azor” and spent 20 years touring the world as one of the band's drummers. When the lead singer dies unexpectedly, Junior’s high-profile career comes to a shocking halt. He faces an uncertain future for himself, his legacy of drummaking and roots music.

Paulette Harwood is a 90-year-old former Radio City Music Hall Corps de Ballet soloist. We follow her as she teaches in the dance school she has run for sixty years.

Facing a battle with cancer, Jean is on a mission to weave her last Korowai, a Maori feather cloak and final gift to her daughter. Jean takes us on a bird hunt to the remote and windswept Chatham Islands, 1000 kilometers off the coast of New Zealand. A story told with love and humor.
