In our daily lives we’re often bombarded with more information than our brains are really designed to process. Endless thoughts, choices and decisions can leave us feeling mentally exhausted. When we’re burnt out, making art can start to feel like another task on the list — especially when expectations or self-judgement creep in.
But what if we could reconnect with our inner creator without pressure or expectations?
In this workshop, we’ll explore intuitive mark-making as a way to tap into a subconscious, flow-like state. The focus is on curiosity, listening, and giving ourselves permission to play.
