A teenage immigrant finds himself at a crossroads between holding on to the promise of opportunity in America and embracing the life he left behind in Uganda.
Charlie and the Hunt
"Charlie and the Hunt" is the fantastical journey of Charlie Miles, a little Black American girl with a taste for adventure. One day, Charlie takes off into the wild to recover a bracelet of her mother's that she is responsible for losing. She takes along Shirley, her mischievous dog, and together they follow Charlie's homemade treasure map, disappearing into a lush forest full of breathtaking landscapes and towering waterfalls.

Talking Murals puts a spotlight on the many talented Black artists and artistic depictions of Black people in NYC. It highlights beautiful street art made by Black artists, and the impact it has on New Yorkers.

Generation Impact: The Coder
Jay Jay Patton was only 13 when she designed and built Photo Patch, a mobile app to help kids send photos and letters to parents who are incarcerated. The app was inspired by Jay Jay’s own experience; her dad was in prison for five years and it was difficult to communicate with him as much as she wanted.
