Quirky, insightful, challenging, and with an outstandingly original musical score, Finding Abraham is a fast-paced documentary that follows a group of young self-styled activists and influencers from Israel, UAE, Bahrain and Morocco on an historic road trip in Israel after the signing of the historic Abraham Accords. The film examines their real thoughts about peace, youth, friendship, faith and identity, with additional commentary by Israelis of all stripes—soccer coaches bridging the Jewish-Arab divide, LGBTQ activists, scientists, Ethiopian immigrants, Palestinian workers—who sometimes offer a more nuanced view of the region and its politics.
