After going through a traumatic sexual assault by an unknown man and quietly dealing with the consequences to his mental health, filmmaker Drama Del Rosario begins to document his recovery process. But when his facade of happiness reaches a suicidal breaking point, he realizes how much his own mental health has affected the mental health of his boyfriend, Chris. 

I’m Okay (and Neither are You) follows Drama's year-long journey of sexual assault recovery — from confronting a witness of the sexual assault to coming out about his sexual assault experience to his Catholic parents in the Philippines.
