Virgil Grant, the self-proclaimed hustler from Compton, fought for justice after his medical marijuana business landed him in federal prison. While serving time, he met Will Robinson, a wrongfully convicted businessman. Now, they both want to profit from the industry that put them behind bars through a groundbreaking social equity program. But as Los Angeles tries to repair the harms of marijuana prohibition, who are the winners and losers of the new green economy?

High Hopes

Six teenagers in the Pacific Northwest struggle to remain active in social justice issues after the Parkland school shooting. A new journey begins when they become involved in local community social issues after participating in March For Our Lives 2018.

Journey To Social Activism

A campaign born out of the frustration surrounding the Ahmaud Arbery case. The cases of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd only added fuel to the raging fire, highlighting deep-seated systemic racism and the lack of justice deeply embedded into the fabric of our country. The message: Black people must essentially “shelter in place” for their entire existence. We must not go back to business as usual. We need justice. No more hashtags! "No More..." Hashtag Campaign

Following the 2012 Oak Creek Temple massacre in Wisconsin, the next wave of Sikh activists and leaders combat rising xenophobia through their seva — the practice of selfless giving —creating impact on a national scale and challenging FBI statistics to reflect hate crimes against Sikhs, the fifth largest religion in the world and the most misunderstood in America. ACTION OPPORTUNITY: This film involves gun violence in the US, hate crimes on the Right against religious groups, and education of Sikhs in America. To Serve and Protect examines the relationship between Baltimore City Police and its citizens with disabilities living in Baltimore — mainly those experiencing a mental outbreak.
