In these shorts, one can watch as our protagonists find community and support through unlikely friends and family.


Self-reflection is important, but understanding one's community is an important element of that. In one film, Olive relates her journey from isolation to better mental health and self-care. In another short, when a girl looks to isolate herself, an unseen friend reaches out with help. In the last film, we hear a personal story of grief and learn how the interactions we may deem insignificant can play a huge part in how we live our lives. We are only as strong as those we choose to surround ourselves with.


Shorts Program Duration: 75 minutes


Themes: Managing behavioral health, coping with internal and external stressors; recognizing and developing external supports.


Language: This program is presented in English, Nonverbal, Norwegian and Spanish with English subtitles.

Synopsis: Everything in which Mr. Full engages himself daily remains within him. He never forgets a memory, a thought or an emoton. On the other hand, regardless of his constant eforts, nothing fulfills Mr. Empty. Until the day Mr. Full decides to confront his fears and Mr. Empty resolves to take a journey.
