Sihja, the Rebel Fairy

Sihja is a young, charming and outrageous little fairy, who leaves her forest home in search of something different. She discovers the city where, she meets the sensitive and inquisitive 11-year-old Alfred. Though they are opposites in personality, Alfred is timid and contrite, Sihja is brash completely unapologetic, they soon become good friends. Sihja and Alfred bond quickly and have lots of fun flying about with thte help of fairy wings. Sihja loves the organized urban shapes and orderly habits that humans have in the city. Alfred is amazed by the wonder his new friend brings to his world and tries to help her blend in with everyday, non-fairy youth. The results are hilarious. One day to their mutual dismay dead birds begin to appear on the city streets. The duo suspect the culprit is the smelly, fertilizer factory. However when Sihja reveals her fairy powers people become concerned and alarmed and distrust Sihja. Alfred and Sihja must each grow a little and use a combined clever and bold approach to solve the mystery, and return balance to nature before it is too late!
