Construct your own Straw Rockets – Traveling through the universe is no easy task for an astronaut! In order to journey through the stars, you are going to learn what it takes to fly outside our stratosphere by building a straw rocket. Using 3 straws, scissors, tape and a template (that must be printed out beforehand) you will create your own space craft and lift off!

Ages 4 - 8 Years Old

The journey to reach the stars began with our earliest dreams of flying, and led to landing on the moon and sending a probe to Pluto. But that’s only the beginning.Space Next offers a glimpse into tomorrow, and the possibilities of what is to come by way of private space developments and national space programs.
