The story of Oh Boy Records co-founded forty years ago by the great John Prine is told through family and music world interviews and vintage film footage.


Directors' Biographies:


Two-time COTB alums, award winning directing duo Joshua Britt and Neilson Hubbard head Neighborhoods Apart, a Nashville-based boutique production studio. Clients include The Killers, John Prine, Jason Isbell, guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel, Billy Idol, Carl Broemel of My Morning Jacket, Sam Baker, Mary Gauthier, Justin Townes Earle, The Blind Boys of Alabama, and many more. Their feature length documentary The Orphan Brigade - Soundtrack To A Ghost Story, which screened at COTB, was Official Selection as well as "Best Documentary" and nominated for "Best Original Song" in several film festivals.
