A recovering rageaholic bean struggles to get the respect he wants as the host of a surreal variety show and the father of two teenagers.

It’s an animated show for adults about human relationship issues told in a world populated by beans, rodents, and lizards. In the series, Pinto and his favorite assistant, Martha, must figure out how to deal with the show’s sponsor, Big Powerful Nobody, to keep "The Pinto Variety Hour" on the air... but the heart of the series is Pinto’s relationship with his family.
