Columbia Art Center offers year-round art classes in Columbia, MD, rotating gallery exhibitions, a gallery gift shop, summer art camp for children, art birthday parties, studio rentals, a Japanese Garden, art and life enhancement lectures and more! Columbia Art Center has been a functioning arts school since 1983, formerly as Antioch and since 1987 as a Columbia Association facility. The Gallery Shop at the Art Center sells a variety of one-of-a-kind handcrafted and affordable artwork created by instructors and students. The Gallery Shop, which offers a selection of art ideal for gift-giving, home collections and practical uses, includes functional pottery, decorative ceramic works, sculptures, jewelry, fibers, paintings, photographs, glass works, drawings, cards and more.
