August 2024. The Olympic Games are in full swing and Paris is completely dominated by this extraordinary event. Blandine has just arrived from peaceful Normandy and isn’t used to the city's hustle and bustle. She came to attend the swimming competitions and reunite with a half-sister she hasn’t seen in years. But things don’t go according to plan and different rules seem to apply. As the days go by, Blandine must draft a new map for herself.

The wonderfully relatable Blandine is the film’s core and spirit. Actor Blandine Madec had already inspired director Valentine Cadic’s short film work, and here they are, fragile only in appearance and tackling the crowds of real-life flag-waving sports fans for a debut feature through which the viewer keeps catching themselves smiling. And then, the film’s authenticity delivers its slow-burn reward: emotions so true and subtly expressed, a warmth overcomes you.
