We follow socially conscious but naive 17-year-old Red, on the day of his grandmother’s funeral. He clashes with his mum and questions the way he was raised, trying to navigate a cultural rift that he doesn’t fully understand. The quest for answers leads him to a horrifying manifestation of colonial evil and difficult truths about his own past.
