The Haitian government decides to develop a tourist project in the forgotten island of Île-à-Vache, an unexploited paradise in the Caribbean. What seems an opportunity for profit and commonwealth, becomes a nightmare for its people. The islanders start to claim for their rights to land property while suffering the consequences of political corruption. This film tries to understand what is happening now in Haiti and give voice to its population through the understanding of the fate of a single project.
