Alaina (6) is enjoying bath time with her mother, Rayanne (32). Troy wishes them goodbye and demands dinner be ready for his return. It becomes clear Rayanne has scars across her body inflicted by Troy. Due to Troy’s dinner demands, Rayanne disappoints Alaina who will not be able to see her grandmother at the airport.
