Water Like Fire:

Grieving the recent loss of her parents, Chanel turns to surfing for healing, finding comfort in the ocean that has been her safe space since childhood. On land she leans on her friends from work, as she struggles to maintain a relationship with her brother, Caleb, who is battling addiction. When Caleb is in an accident, Chanel stays with him at the hospital, and the two share memories that bring them together. But they soon find that peace often comes with pain, and sometimes the people or things that heal you can also hurt you the most.
