DJFF Film Reviews:
“Right for our demographic; interesting exploration of the process of creating a dance piece about the Holocaust and her family.”
~ Jeffrey Reiss: Member, DJFF Film Selection Committee
“Eva Fahidi's dance theatre performance about her life's journey is a Holocaust survivor's unique and uplifting story of survival.”
~ Susan Mathews: Member, DJFF Film Selection Committee
“A deeply personal story about identity, creative expression, aging, mortality, vitality, and the simultaneous ephemerality and persistence of life. Beautiful movement sequences. Sensuously shot, with a keen sensibility which results in powerful, striking imagery. Note: some nudity, but not in an exploitative way.”
~ Amy Weiner Weiss: Member, DJFF Film Selection Committee & Director of Festivals, JCC Mizel Arts and Culture Center
