An orchestra and its famous maestro Kent Nagano tour the northern tundra of Quebec visiting six different Cree, Innu and Inuit communities. They share the creation and performance of a First Nations opera presented in the languages spoken in each area.

This documentary not only offers extended sequences of the live show but the context that made it possible. It is rooted in reflection, reality and a love of music. It has a rare curious sense of introspection that will be sure to excite conversation.
