Vienna, 1960s. For Victor Dessauer, a 30-something Austrian Jew and son of a Jewish Holocaust survivor, his country has failed to bring a Nazi executioner to justice. Despite ample evidence at the trial, many supporters of the Third Reich still remain in power and antisemitism is rife. After losing faith in the legal system, Victor must decide whether to exact his own justice.
