The main protagonist of this award-winning documentary is Albert Speer, an architect and good friend of Adolf Hitler. He was sentenced to prison at Nuremberg for his work as the Minister of Armaments and War Production in Nazi Germany. Following his release, Paramount Studios began adapting his memoir, Inside the Third Reich, for a film that would have whitewashed his involvement in Nazi atrocities. The movie premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival.

On Thursday, June 8 at 7:00 PM PST, EBIJFF Director Riva Gambert will explore how The Third Reich fought Hollywood even before WWII broke out and used cinema in its war against the Jewish people. Please join us for Cinema at War Part II.
