We're Celebrating National Dance Day with Mr. Gaga and Fury and Forgiveness

In honor of National Dance Day (September 16), the EBIJFF's Year-Round program is presenting two films in mid-September: The pulsing, full-length Israeli documentary Mr. Gaga and the 15-minute filmed performance, Fury and Forgiveness.
Whether you dance yourself or love to watch others dance, these two films will touch you with their inspiring and bold messages.
Mr. Gaga is a visually powerful documentary brought to life by award-winning director Tomer Heymann. It tells the story of Ohad Naharin, the renowned choreographer and artistic director of the Batsheva Dance Company. Naharin is known world-wide as an artistic genius who redefined the language of modern dance. It is a must-see film!
Fury and Forgiveness is choreographed by Marika Brussel, performed by Madison Ballet, and set to the Kol Nidre prayer. The performance is followed by a 10-minute conversation with Choreographer Marika Brussel and Artistic Director/Co-Founder of Diablo Ballet, Lauren Jonas.
Virtual Admission: $7.00. Under 21: free.
