Director - Greer Fawcett

Greer Fawcett is a 2020 graduate of Syracuse University's VPA film program with a minor in International Relations. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work at SONY and Anonymous Content and take classes at FAMU International in Prague.

Greer is from Orange County California where she grew up hanging out at the beach and participating in the local theater community.

Greer's films are often inspired by her upbringing as a young woman and showcase themes of coming of age, connection, dreams, and self-awareness. She creates all kinds of art and is constantly inspired by the natural world, activism, and the strong women around her.

With a passion for storytelling, Greer aims to create art that questions everyday reality and brings awareness to overlooked issues. Her dream is to create a space of her own where people can create and enjoy meaningful art equally and sustainably.

Greer is moving to Los Angeles where she hopes to continue her work as an independent filmmaker. Her body of work includes award-winning short films such as Trash Man, which was showcased at the One Earth Film Festival, and Stella the winner of the Syracuse International Film Festival.
