Manzanar, in California’s Owens Valley, is best known as the site where Japanese Americans were incarcerated during World War II. But Manzanar was and continues to be home to indigenous communities who have serious concerns about the water on their land. In this poetic documentary, we meet an intergenerational community of Native Americans, Japanese Americans, and environmentalists as they fight for their land and their rights.
