Best-selling author and In Defense of Food narrator Michael Pollan will deliver a taped introduction to the film, an abridged community version of the broadcast film. Speakers include Ann Cooper, Director of Food Services for Boulder Valley School District, Kena Gutteridge of Ollin Farms, Professor David Jacobs of the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and Kayla Birdsong, Executive Director of The GrowHaus. Sylvia Tawse of Fresh Ideas Group will moderate. This program is part of our What You Eat Matters series on health and nutrition.
