Wayland negotiates his relationships with Pastor Gail, his parole officer, his drug dealing MC, and the three children Dolores had during his imprisonment. This beautifully acted film—nominated for four awards, including Best New Narrative Filmmaker, at the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival—explores whether we are truly capable of change.
