André Masson, an executive at a famous auction house, receives a letter stating that a painting by Egon Schiele has been discovered at the home of a young worker. Soon, he discovers that it is an authentic masterpiece missing since 1939. André sees this find as the pinnacle of his career, but also the beginning of a struggle that could jeopardize it.
