"GEMEOS OF YOJYOHAN" began as a project in early 2016 and was completed in 2024 after 8 years of dedication.

This film started with the desire to create a true tokusatsu movie that adults could enjoy. We gathered fellow tokusatsu enthusiasts online and formed a production team.

The team consisted of five members, none of whom had any prior experience in film production, except for the director. As a result, the director took on most of the work, including suit design, sculpting, filming, editing, VFX, 3DCG, and more.

Each staff member experienced countless "firsts," putting in immense effort, and facing countless challenges along the way.

It would be an honor if this film could reach many people through film festivals.

◆Story

Hey, ordinary guy! Fight the world with VR from your tiny 4.5-tatami room!! Hiroshi Shimazaki moved to Tokyo to chase his dreams but ended up stuck in a part-time job. Living a lazy, aimless life, one day he receives a gift from the future. A device called the "GEMEOS GEAR" allows him to create and control an avatar in the real world.

He sets his avatar to be a handsome guy and enjoys doing all sorts of things,

but before he knows it, he’s caught up in a global crisis!!

From handsome guy to hero, he undergoes a double transformation and begins fighting back!

With the appearance of a rival and a developing love story, where will Shimazaki end up?!!
