Rome, 2024, in a neighborhood of a somewhat agitated suburb, a motorbike speeds by at high speed. Up there, on the terrace of a popular skyscraper, there is Kikko, a young boy who cuts the hair of friends and acquaintances to make ends meet. Now he is cutting the hair of Oreste, a somewhat rude man, in his fifties and an animal lover, who always walks around with his parrot on his shoulder. Between one chat and another, the latter begins to tell a somewhat bizarre story that happened to him in the past and that makes him as fired up as when he experienced it. A few floors below there is Rudy, an old childhood friend of Kikko, who, locked in the bathroom, tries to deal with his problems of insecurity towards the world and with the idea of ​​leaving the house.
