When the tragic shooting of a teenage gay black female sent ripples through a black community, father of the victim, Isaiah Franklin and his life gets upended. With the incident falsely reported as “gang violence” by a corrupt police department, and no legal action taken by Isaiah, a severe divide between him and his frustrated-grown wife leads to their divorce.

Five years after the murder was swept under the rug, the accused Officer, Greg Connors, is on the job. A dispatch call regarding a break and entry comes in and Connors pursues. Upon the attempt to report in his apprehended subject, Connors’ cruiser is hacked anonymously.
