Heartland Film is honored to work alongside Diane and John Abrams to select three films that uplift the Jewish community.

After WWII, Nathan Hilu, an 18-year-old Jewish US Army private from New York, received a life-changing assignment: to guard the Nazi war criminals at the Nuremberg trials. This experience fueled a lifetime of artistic inspiration for Nathan, who spent the next 70 years creating a visual narrative from his memories.
