Ricardo Catalan Jr, a New York City filmmaker, is the producer, writer and director of the award-winning film — NYC Rooftop Story (www.nycrooftopstory.com).
Ricardo, originally from the Philippines, graduated in Southern New Hampshire University with an MBA degree. Soon after, he went to New York City to embark on his quest for an art overload.
He delves into the entire spectrum of New York City creative arts i.e. painting, photography, acting, writing, directing, fabric design, fashion design, graphic design, digital film editing, website design, media development (https://rcat.media) and naturally, filmmaking. Filmmaking is where his heart is. Ricardo firmly believes in creating socially-relevant storytelling and audience-centric films.
