The audience of the 2021 Indy Film Fest picked their favorite documentary short and feature and they're both included in this block!

Genevieve “Gramma” Musci (104) and her sister Arlena “Ginga” Bashnett (99) never expected to be famous. 5 years ago these feisty sisters were living a simple life, rarely going beyond a 3-block radius in the West Virginia town where they were born.

But when Gramma's grandkids began taking videos of the sisters when they argued (which was all the time) and posted them on social media, the videos went viral. Something about their "tell it like it is" personalities and their incessant - yet loving - cursing at each other struck a chord with people everywhere and the internet exploded.

An intimate portrait of these two lovable centenarians, Gramma & Ginga: The Movie chronicles “The Girls’” unexpected rise to fame and invites viewers back to their hometown, where they reminisce about the past hundred years — the good, the bad, the ugly and the laugh-out-loud hilarious.
